With our mini studio we can take and present all photographs the same evening
Price examples
No need to worry about extra cost - initial outlay is nil! We are offering 10x8 prints at £10 each from order to be posted / collected; and 7X5 prints in folders from £8 each which may be supplied at the event.
Charity Events
For those specially arranged evenings or events where a fund raiser is evident, we can arrange for a share of the takings to be donated.
How it Works
Where we are pre-booked for an event, we set up a studio for guests to have their photograph taken as they arrive at no initial cost to themselves. (we display photographs on our website for two weeks afterwards, for guests to buy from)
There is no commitment to buy.
The guests can view their photograph at a point in the evening and decide then and there.
All photographs required on the evening must be bought and paid for. Larger sized photographs will be posted out within 7 days, and a receipt is given for all money taken.
For Charity / fundraisers - Once the orders have been confirmed and finally paid for, we will provide a statement to the event organiser (or nominated person) and issue a cheque at approximately one calendar month later. (you may wish to consider a photograph included in a ticket price - call us for information)
Insurance
We are fully indemnified and hold full third party insurance. our photographers are CRB checked.
All bookings must be made in writing either by email / post to secure the date
